Vestin Equity is a family office investment management company. Vestin’s main objective is to identify projects, where the decades of experience, proven track record, know-how and network of the Vestin team can be leveraged to deliver significant alpha return to equity investors. Vestin combines international experience with the thorough knowledge of local markets in real estate and private equity.
Vestin is proud of its proven track record from deal origination and structuring through transaction- and asset management to exit. With its strong project finance background, leverage and other financial techniques are actively used in Vestin deal structure. As a cornerstone of its strategy, Vestin focuses on projects, where both its financial investment and management capabilities are essential factors to succeed.
Vestin’s skillset was recently spanned over business consulting, especially in the field of people management and organisational change, in order to facilitate and support transformation process and efficiency improvement of Vestin’s corporate assets.
In the recent years, Vestin sharpened its focus mainly on two business- and investment areas. Vestin Property is an active player of the Hungarian real estate market, with attractive projects from land- and property development, financial restructuring to yielding investments. Vestin Industrial is focusing on investments in productive (mainly industrial) corporate assets, in order to develop and implement turnaround strategy for generation change challenges, scale up and internationalisation.
Vestin Vintage is a great example of how passion could be turned into profession. Vestin Vintage covers the enthusiasm for cars, especially vintage cars from servicing and restoring to racing.
Vestin structures deals mainly through its subsidiaries Primestone Real Estate Fund Management Ltd. and Vestin Private Equity Venture Capital Management Ltd., in the real estate and venture capital business, respectively. These platforms offer a transparent and regulated structure for both own investments and co-investors.
András Csoma
Mr András Csoma earned his MsC degrees at the Budapest University of Economics and at the Budapest Technical University in the faculty of economist and real estate, respectively. He earned more than a decade managerial experience, among others at the Raiffeisen Investment Fund Management Ltd and the Biggeorge Property. He also held various non- executive board positions, among others at the Association of Hungarian Asset- and Fund Managers and at RICS Hungary. With his more than 20years of proven track record in investment banking and real estate, he founded Vestin Equity as family office, dealing with and co-investing in mostly real estate and private equity investments. Mr Csoma is owner and managing partner of both the Primestone Real Estate Fund Management Ltd. and the Vestin Private Equity Fund Management Ltd. In 2016, Vestin Equity managed the acquisition of MetMax Europe Ltd. through a private equity transaction, since when Mr Csoma acts as managing director of MetMax Europe.


András Csoma
Mr András Csoma earned his MsC degrees at the Budapest University of Economics and at the Budapest Technical University in the faculty of economist and real estate, respectively. Ágnes Hajma
Mrs Agnes Hajma earned her MsC degrees at the Budapest University of Economics in the faculty of Management and Organisations. She worked at KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers as Senior Consultant and Manager. She participated in several organizational redesign and business process improvement projects for Financial Sector, Energy & Utilities and Telecom companies. She was also acting as PwC internal trainer to deliver core consulting methodology training for PricewaterhouseCoopers advisory colleagues. In the last few years she was focusing on the people aspects of business transformations. She was acting as change manager on various projects being responsible for planning and delivering leadership workshops, communication and training events to establish stakeholder engagement. Currently she is providing professional support for Vestin Equity’s industrial investments mainly in organisation and process improvement and IT system implementation projects. Besides she studies at Károli Gáspár Univeristy of the Reformed Church at the faculty of Psychology.
